Terms of Service Overview
These terms outline how CarbonML provides its services, clarify both client and provider responsibilities, and detail operational and technical limitations. CarbonML’s AI-powered phone and operations assistants are delivered within the scope and configuration agreed during onboarding.
The service may include AI-first call answering, call routing with human escalation, appointment scheduling integrations, after-hours call handling, and deployment support. The specific arrangement is determined by your operational needs and confirmed in written consultation.
Clients must provide accurate business and carrier details, respond promptly during setup and testing, enable call forwarding or porting as required, supply valid escalation endpoints, and notify CarbonML of changes to phone systems, staff, or service policies.
Deployment, Limitations, and Data Handling
Several deployment models are supported, and each has operational trade-offs. These trade-offs are reviewed and approved with clients prior to deployment, influencing call flow, escalation, and feature availability.
CarbonML operates within telecom carrier and platform constraints. System capabilities, routing, and transfers are subject to carrier restrictions and network quality. Simultaneous call handling on two numbers is not possible. No guarantees are made regarding call volume, conversion, or uninterrupted operation.
Data handling is configurable per client requirements. Personally identifiable data may be minimized or disabled. CarbonML does not require access to account passwords. Clients can revoke platform access at any time.
Modifications, Billing, and Stable Relationship
No changes are made to live systems without client approval. Some modifications may require additional testing or create brief service interruptions. Timelines may be affected by carrier or third-party platform responsiveness.
Pricing, billing, and cancellation are communicated transparently during the consultation phase and confirmed separately. No specific pricing terms are included here.
