This Status page provides real-time visibility into the health and availability of CarbonML systems. Its purpose is to offer an accurate operational overview for users and customers—no marketing, just facts.
Core Services Monitored
Major system components continuously monitored include: AI call handling, call routing and transfers, scheduling and booking integrations, human escalation routing, and deployment and configuration services.
Please note that individual service availability may depend on carrier performance and third-party integrations. CarbonML reports on all core infrastructure under its monitoring but cannot account for all external dependencies.
Updates about service status or disruptions are posted here to ensure you are kept informed without speculation or overstatement.
Incidents and Updates
If an incident occurs, this page will show updates with the time of detection, affected components, current status, and resolution or mitigation steps when available. Explanations are factual, and we do not speculate or assign blame.
Scheduled maintenance, when required, will be communicated in advance whenever possible. All maintenance is planned to minimize disruption and will be reported here.
Limitations & Support
CarbonML operates within the technical constraints of telecom carriers and integrated third-party systems. Some issues may originate outside CarbonML’s direct control.
Not all call outcomes can be guaranteed due to network variability and other external factors. We report all incidents transparently but acknowledge these broader dependencies.
